TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PARTS
GM CNC Ltd
ENGINEER VISIT
Any parts purchased from GM CNC Ltd do not include any installation. A GM CNC Ltd Engineer visit can be arranged at extra cost.
WARRANTY
All spare parts are complete with a 3-month warranty only when installed by a GM CNC Ltd Engineer.
Any fitting by a third-party engineer will void any warranty.
Any spare parts supplied under warranty must have the faulty unit returned to our spares department.
RETURNED PARTS
Any correctly supplied parts returned for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Goods should be returned with carriage paid within 10 days of receipt. The returned parts must be in the original packing and condition. Any exchanges must be authorised by GM CNC Ltd before any credit is applied.
Any disputes on parts or service supplied should be communicated to us in writing within 14 days of the invoice.

PAYMENT
For customers who do not hold an account with GM CNC Ltd, you must make full and cleared payment
prior to any parts being despatched. We accept Bank Transfer and Credit Card.

If payment is not still not received 15 days after the 30 days term, future quotations will be sent out on a proforma basis only. If an amount is over £3000 then we will require an interim payment to bring the account under this amount.
ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing parts from GM CNC Ltd you are accepting our Terms and Conditions of sale for any parts. Availability and prices quoted are accepted to change.
